Under Armour Cleats (Baseball)

Under Armour Cleats in alphabetical order:

Under Armour Heater

Under Armour is enjoying some success with the Heater in spite of of the bad press it is getting regarding its alleged role in the injuries to its key marketing face, Jose Reyes.

Sporting UA's synthetic Nubuck uppers the company promises lightweight durability, and not a little good looks.

UA engineered HeatGear liners help to draw perspiration away from the foot and keep socks dry, while what UA calls "strategic" mesh provides top of the line breathability. Combined with the TPU mid-foot cage the shoe offers quite a package of cool and comfortable, stability.

They use TPU for the outsole too, to mount a rotational traction cleat configuration that end users claim allows superior lateral and stop/ start manoueverability.

For you pitchers, the shoes come with a built in toe gaurds to reduce abrasions and prolong shoe-life.

A full length, trademarked ArmourBound midsole helps disperse cleat pressure while providing excellent cushioning.

Extra comfort is provided by an EVA sock liner.

UA cleats are usually reasonably priced but right now the Heaters are available at Foot Locker for $60.

Even by off-season standards, this is quite a deal!

Leave Under Armour Cleats and return to baseball.
