UCLA Adidas Injuries
Adidas Football Cleats may be to blame for UCLA foot injuries cont.
In less than one year, three UCLA football players have fractured toes, but what is more remarkable is that all three fractured the 5th
metatarsal
(pinky) on their right foot. UCLA’s coach, Rick Neuheisel, formerly coached at Washington, and while there his tight end also fractured his right foot's 5th metatarsal while wearing Adidas. The complaint is that for larger players, Adidas Cleats are not wide enough, and the little toe hangs over the sole when they make cuts. Interestingly, one of our own readers suffered stress fractures after switching to Adidas Baseball Cleats.
