Ringor Diamond Star

The Ringor Diamond Star is marketed as "comfortable and durable" whereas the latest addition to the Ringor line, the "Diamond Gem" is sold as "lightweight".

A key feature of the Diamond Star, in our book, is that they come with a "wide" option. That's a rare choice in womens cleats.

Ringor also sells a Mid variety for those desiring more stability at the cost of a little more weight.

You have to love the Diamond Star's full leather uppers. The shoe reeks of quality.

As usual for Ringor the shoes feature the patented Ring-Grip cleat pattern which we have heard is perhaps the best design for grip and agility in softball (and probably baseball too, although sadly, Ringor no longer produces men's cleats).

The patented Ringor Flex Point technology complements the Ring-Grip traction by allowing just the right foot movements in shoe.

The outsole is made of lightweight TPU which supports a full length EVA midsole. This combo translates to lightweight, but highly effective shock absorption and cleat pressure diffusion.

The F.A.S.T. arch insoles are great, but if you don't like them, they are removable, so you can replace them with your own orthoses or with Ringor's Gamespeed inserts.

The shoes also come with the Pro-Tec-Toe option which is a factory installed toe guard to resist wear and tear, particularly for pitchers.
