New Balance 401

New Balance 401 are the "flagship" offerings by NB for youths and toddlers.

The cleats feature EVA foam midsoles for added cushioning and synthetic leather uppers. They claim the material is lightweight, but at 9.7 ounces, we believe they may only be giving weight details for their adult product. (New Balance doesn't specify).

These shoes have excellent 18 spike rubber outsoles giving superior traction and durability. A drawback is that we have only found these shoes in Black and White.

But overall they are a solid cleat!

Joe's ( joesnewbalanceoutlet.com ) usually has the best prices on New Balance products, and if you are lucky you can catch them on a daily special.
