3N2 Youth Baseball Cleats

3N2 Youth Baseball Cleats are not exactly a common baseball shoe brand like Nike, Adidas and Reebok. However, we are excited about these 3N2 cleats. We give a top rating to the Rookie's upper material and breathability. Thus far, these are the only youth baseball cleats we have found that are using natural leather in the upper.

Natural Leather is the material of choice for uppers and is also great for growing feet. AND, if stinky feet (bromhidrosis) are a problem for your son… then these cleats might be the way to go. : )

Stinky feet aside, the 3N2 Rookie checks in with 6 out of 10 possible stars. We have some concerns with the design of the cleat pattern, the outsole material, and we would like to see a bit better lacing system. There are several Professional Baseball Players wearing 3N2’s and we also really like 3N2's Line of Softball Cleats. Therefore, we know 3N2 is quite capable of making a quality baseball shoe, and therefore we don’t expect any problems with the Rookie.

Ther best we could find pricewise was Shoebuy's $36.45 for either the BLACK or BLUE (click either the black or blue shoes to purchase).

One more comment… we like the fact that 3N2 lists the weight of the shoe (11.2 oz). We don’t really know yet how this compares to other cleats… because we are having a very difficult time finding the weights listed for other brands (Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Puma, etc…), but it shows us that 3N2 is open and honest and serious about their cleats.

Oh… and one more thing… if you like the Rookie… then you should probably also check out 3N2 Classic. We are having a very hard time finding any differences between the two cleats (styling is slightly different), BUT the Classic is priced at just $19.99 + shipping. We are almost certain that the Classic will end up having our highest rating in our “Bang For The Buck” Category.
