3) A Resource - we are the place where you can find the definitions, the education, and the quick tips for understanding shoe design and structure, for learning about injuries often associated with cleats, and for determining why these sports shoes help improve performance.

4) A Guide - we are not in the shoe sales business, but we provide indicative price numbers. These are prices that we come across during our research and are meant to give the reader a general price range for the shoe in question. Readers should do their own comparative shopping.
